Therapy That Meets You Where You Are.
For children, parents, and women seeking steadiness and connection.
You deserve space to find peace, build meaningful connection, and live a life that feels steady and whole.
Right now, you might feel stuck or weighed down by past experiences, unsure how to move forward or feel fully connected to the world around you. Long-standing trauma and emotional pain can quietly shape how you feel, relate, and communicate, often showing up as anxiety, depression, or strained relationships.
If you’re ready to approach life with greater understanding and create space for something different, you’re in the right place.
The Throughline Approach
Safety before solutions.
We start by creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and not rushed. Healing happens when you feel secure enough to slow down and be honest about what’s going on.
Curiosity over judgment.
Your experiences are met with openness, not criticism. We explore patterns with curiosity, understanding they developed for a reason.
Honoring the whole story.
We look beyond symptoms to understand your full story, including past experiences and relationships, so growth can feel grounded and meaningful.
Therapy, Explained Simply
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or mysterious. Sessions are conversations, not tests, and there’s no pressure to know what to say or where to begin. We move at a pace that feels manageable, focusing on understanding what’s coming up and what support looks like for you.
You don’t need to have it all figured out, use the “right” words, or show up in a certain way. You just need a willingness to start. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening and create space for insight, relief, and change.

Hi, I’m Christine
I work with children, parents, and women who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that continue to show up in their lives. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in creating emotional safety.
In our work together, we’ll slow things down, get curious, and make sense of what’s underneath the surface. I’m less interested in quick fixes and more focused on supporting meaningful, lasting change that feels honest, sustainable, and true to you.
Ready When You ArE
You don’t have to be in crisis to begin.
If something feels hard right now, that’s enough.
Therapy can be a place to pause, sort through what’s weighing on you, and find support that feels steady and real. You’re welcome to start wherever you are.
